1. Overview

HookBench is a macOS and Windows application for inspecting, testing, and replaying webhooks. By purchasing and using HookBench, you agree to these terms.

2. Licence

A single purchase grants you a personal licence to use HookBench on up to 3 devices. Your licence includes every future update at no additional cost. The licence is non-transferable. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicence the software.

3. Cloud Relay Service

HookBench includes an optional cloud relay service for receiving webhooks from the internet. We aim to keep the relay service reliable and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We reserve the right to modify or suspend the service if necessary, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

4. Data

Webhook payloads processed through the cloud relay are transient and not stored on our servers. All persistent data (payloads, app configurations) is stored locally on your device.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

HookBench is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of HookBench.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HookBench after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
